Instructions for Use：

Ø Clean mold thoroughly to remove dirt, grease, previous release agents and other contaminants.   

Ø Shake well before use. 

Ø Hold spray tip 15-25cm from surface and use a light, even spray. 

Ø To pretreat or condition the clean mold, apply MR-305 in a well-ventilated area. Apply at least three uniform, thin coats and allow 5-10 minutes between applications for air drying of each coat. A short baking of the conditioned mold at 90℃ or higher temperature will improve the maximum number of releases per application. Begin molding. 

Ø Reapply a light coat of the MR305 when release difficulty occurs, to maintain desired release. To prevent buildup, avoid excessive reapplications.
