Q1: what type of purging compound do you produce?

SANP Technology offers our customer both mechanical and chemical types of purging compound, we have also liquid to facilitate the purging of certain contamination.

Q2: what machines and resins are the materials suitable for?

We have both mechanical and chemical types of purging compound, the former is generally used for equipments processing resins containing fire retardant and/ or glass fibers, the later is widely used almost all kinds of resins & thermoplastic processing equipment including: injection, extrusion, lamination, calendaring, etc.

Q3: what about the cost-effective performance?

PlasE Clean helps to reduce material consumption by 40-70%, and shorten the purging cycle by 50-70% for changeovers, it generally help to reduce total purging cycle cost by 30-50%.

Q4: does it contain abrasives?

We have grades that target for special application, while the rest are all chemical type. It is free of abrasives and can be used for hot-runners and dies.

Q5: Is the soak time necessary?

PlasE Clean purging compound is effective for continuous operation, it will be more impressive if the molding cycle can be prolonged, 3-5 minutes soak of the barrel, screw, hot –runner and die is acceptable.

Q6: is there any smoke or odor when used?

PlasE Clean purging compound is designed on environmental friendly ingredients. For most circumstance, the smoke and odor are neglectable.

Q7: can the purging compound be recycled?

Generally speaking, we don’t recommend recycle of the purging compound.

Yes, our products contain high quality ingredients, and meet RoHS.
