PlasE^TM Clean purging compound produced by SANP Tech., a thermoplastic solution provider located in South China, is highly effective in Calendaring & Lamination machine downtime maintenance and carbons cleaning. 

Take PE which is one of the most commonly observed raw material for example, the resin is tend to decompose due to heat degradation when the machine is shutdown at weekends, public holidays and routine maintenance activities, etc. 

It is quite time consuming and energy demanding to recover production once carbons is generated in the barrel, screw and/or die, and the scrap rate is tend to be high if the machine is not properly cleaned. 

Calendaring & Laminating purging compound can be used either to clean or conduct downtime maintenance during which the compound is introduced into the machine and go through the whole shutdown and startup operation. The compound is designed to resist heat degradation while also provide visible cleaning effect. 

The figure below presents a case that our technician conducted in a lamination site, the machine went through the downtime maintenance, and recover production quickly which contributed to increasing the productivities and reduce raw material consumption.
