PlasE Clean extrusion purging compound is tested in a toy manufacturing site, the product is used to assist color change from blue to white in a-φ110 extrusion machine processing HDPE.

In this scenario, there is a buffer drum between the screw and die which added difficulty to the operation. The test was successful finished in 2 hours which is 50% faster compare to original purging with recycle HDPE.
